AI Consultant Suite

Business analysts and tech consultants spend a significant portion of their hours collecting metrics, calculating growth benchmarks, and manually formatting diagnostic reports. This overhead prevents consulting practices from scaling and delays proposal deliveries to prospective clients.

• Building a single detailed business proposal takes over 4 hours of manual drafting.
• Difficulty maintaining visual consistency across reports.
• Requirement for an tool that remains operational offline or without active API keys.

I developed a responsive, standalone Single Page Application (SPA) built for rapid, client-facing consultations:

1. Glassmorphic Dark UI: Structured a premium dark interface utilizing CSS layers, backdrop filters, and CSS variables for smooth theme transitions.
2. Hybrid Processing Engine: Connected the app to the **Gemini API** for custom strategy synthesis, while writing a local data simulator (Simulation Mode) that generates mock diagnostics when API access is limited.
3. Smart Print Stylesheets: Programmed advanced `@media print` rules that automatically strip input selectors, control bars, and toggle buttons when printing, outputting a clean, formatted report directly to a PDF document.

The tool was deployed locally and successfully automated the auditing process. Consultation reports are now generated, structured, and saved as PDFs in **under 2 minutes** instead of 4 hours, allowing the practice to handle higher client volumes.
