Analyzing the Egyptian and broader MENA startup landscapes highlighted two critical operational inefficiencies:

• The Last-Mile Delivery Problem: Pharmacies, restaurants, and local supermarkets struggled with manual delivery dispatch, lack of real-time courier tracking, and inefficient routes, causing high delivery costs in Egypt's $2.62 billion food delivery sector.
• The Access Gap for Non-Cairo Founders: Highly capable founders outside the capital city Cairo lacked access to angel investors, startup hubs, and tools to translate their business logic into compelling financial stories for VC funding.

I co-founded and served as a strategic developer to structure the business models, flowcharts, and technical layouts for two ventures:

1. Mongez — Automated Last-Mile Logistics

A B2B logistics dispatcher connecting stores with couriers in real-time.

• Auto-dispatch routing algorithm ensuring orders go to the nearest available courier.
• Real-time package tracking and routing optimization to reduce delivery times.
• Driver community incentive program designed to secure delivery reliability.

2. Invstory — Financial Storytelling & VC Matcher

A pre-seed matching platform bridging the access gap for startup founders outside major hubs.

• Interactive templates guiding non-finance founders to frame metrics and projections into standard pitch materials.
• A matchmaking filter connecting investors and founders based on sector and deal sizes.
• Brand motto: "Where today's investors meet tomorrow's innovators."
